I've had a great experience with Storm and Charlie from the outset. In our initial discussions, Storm showed great enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of and passion for his field, which was the factor that decided me in favour of Glo over similarly-priced competitors. Subsequent meetings strengthened this feeling, and the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Several times Storm went out of his way (and out of pocket) on his own initiative to ensure the system worked as well as possible, and when I noticed the output was lower than predicted after a few days, Storm didn't hesitate to look for possible reasons and solutions. A few years ago I had a similar situation with a PV system consistently underperforming over several weeks after install, and the installer grumpily told me to wait at least a year before coming to any conclusions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glo to anyone who's thinking of installing or upgrading PV, home storage or EV charging.

Decided to add Battery Storage to our existing Solar PV System. Approached several companies for help and advice. Glo Renewables stood out from Day 1 with their friendly, helpful approach and knowledge. Had lower quotes from elsewhere though decided to go with Storm, Charlie and the Team at Glo because of the way they helped and advised over the phone and in person. Installation Day went without a hitch and the area in our garage was tidier, cleaner after the install than before.
